Even with an almost ideal relationship, a relationship that doesn't get much better in the real world, there's always those ppl who distract you from it.
The cynics, the realists. The ones who say, oh well just wait. Give it a while. You two won't always be this happy. Why?!?! Why is it so impossible in this god for saken age for a couple to remain happy.
Why can't ppl just be happy for you and encourage you, oppose to tearing you down and making you doubt. What the hell happened to the happily ever afters. They can't only just be in fairy tales. They happen. Maybe not as perfectly seamed together like disney made it... But sooner or later... Its one piece. It may have raged edges and rough seaming. But its together.
Then there's the problem with the whole woman thing in general. The "well don't forget about what you want. And what you're dreams are" is it so wrong to be happy to go with the flow and enjoy life now. Without worrying about what will happen in the future..... Is that so bad...
Yes I'm all for women's independence and they're big aspirational mind blowing careers... But what happened to it being a choice and a passion to follow... Now you're looked down upon if you choose differently....
Why can't you have both... Why can it no longer be your choice...
